The New Service F.H. Cann & Associates Inc. is offering in the Wake of the Pandemic

Posted on February 18, 2021 by David Jackson

The outbreak of the COVID-19 is yet another reminder that catastrophes occur. Of course, no one prepares for pandemics. And usually, when they come, they tend to affect the economy adversely. But regardless, we can choose to dampen the effects of pandemics in our society and live with them like nothing ever happened—F.H. Cann & Associates Inc. is an absolute proof of this.

Despite all that seems to be befalling businesses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, F.H. Cann & Associates Inc. has got something different for its customers. In a recent chat with the team, we discovered quite a number of things about the new service being offered by the firm, and how they’ve managed to pull through hard times like this. You may want to read on to find out more.

What can you say about the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world?

Well, in our opinion, the pandemic can be seen as both a disadvantage and a blessing. As a disadvantage, it has successfully wreaked havoc on several economies across the globe. But as a blessing, it has helped lots of industries and businesses, like ours, step up their game and take responsibility for what comes their way.

If we’re to be honest, the COVID-19 pandemic appears to have done more harm than good to nations across the world. And somehow, it feels like our planet will never recover from all that the pandemic has wrought.

But face it, there’s no cloud without a silver lining. Certain notable progresses are still being made during the outbreak.

How has F.H. Cann & Associates handled complex call-center projects during the pandemic?

Given the spike in the need for call center solutions, F.H. Cann & Associates Inc. have stepped up to the plate and hired additional customer service agents to handle complex projects.

And yes, ours is to provide excellent services to the public. We’ve got tons of capable hands in our team, plus a collection of new and advanced technologies to aid our operations.

What new service is F.H Cann & Associates offering to customers?

As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, F.H. Cann & Associates Inc. have introduced some unique contact tracing services to control the spread of the virus.

We have experience working with federal, state and local governments. And this puts us at an advantage when it comes to overseeing mission critical campaigns for clients.

And just recently, we are pleased to announce that F.H. Cann & Associates Inc. has been awarded a contract to assist in managing the COVID-19 vaccination registration and scheduling for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and its 75 year old + residents.

Do you think this service will be relevant when the pandemic is finally over?

That’s a very good question. It all depends. When the pandemic is over, there might be no need to conduct surveys or follow-up on those who may have come in contact with COVID 19. However, there are other elements of the contract tracing service (such as privacy, security, and the likes) which will forever remain relevant.

But with regards to the efforts of F.H. Cann & Associates in terms of the COVID-19 vaccination registration and scheduling, it is definitely a step in order to help our nation get back on track to normalcy.

What will you advise businesses going through difficulties in this period?

Life is full of ups and downs, they say. But whoever will eat the good of the land must rise up and grab the bull by its horn.

COVID-19 or not, what matters is that you are doing something. Get past your difficulties, lay hold of opportunities. And where none exists, create one.
