In 1938, Flora Mae Statler founded a city and named it “Surprise,” which belongs to Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. It is the second quickly-growing community in the Phoenix region. Knowing a few crucial things is vital before relocating to Surprise, AZ.

The city is home to 9 golf courses, and sports events are held throughout the year. Surprise Stadium is a 10,500-capacity stadium where the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals hold spring training in this community. It hosts Tennis Championships each fall.
