Prevent Enterprise Lawsuits Before They Even Start!

Posted on October 2, 2018October 2, 2018 by admin

Intraspexion® (Intraspexion.com) offers a new deep learning application that allows enterprises to potentially save tons of money by reducing their legal fees. The idea of the Intraspexion software is to let enterprise legal departments prevent potential lawsuits before they even start.

Intraspexion does this by providing an “early warning system” capable of flagging internal communications that can lead to litigation. Intraspexion’s technology makes use of a Deep Learning Engine to figure out which correspondence may indicate a future litigation risk. The Deep Learning Engine is a form of Artificial Intelligence consisting of a machine learning multi-layer neural network that Intraspexion “trains” to spot a specific category of potential litigation.

Intraspexion’s initial litigation prevention target is employment discrimination lawsuits. So here is how it works. Intraspexion scans enterprise communication for something that it’s deep learning suggests might be an initial hint of a subsequent employee discrimination suit. And then it flags that for the internal legal team at the enterprise to review, and see how to handle in its early stages, before it “blows up.” To quote the Founder and CEO of Intraspexion Nick Brestoff: “The amount of money saved by giving an enterprise the means to flag a potential employment discrimination matter before it turns into an actual lawsuit is staggering,”

For text indexing and document filters, Intraspexion’s application embeds the dtSearch® Engine (dtSearch.com). The dtSearch Engine instantly searches terabytes of text including over 25 full-text and metadata-driven search options across multiple different platforms and operating systems. Further, dtSearch’s proprietary document filters support a wide range of online and offline data covering numerous document types, emails plus nested attachments, website data and other databases.
