Kaplan is a long time contributor of the Price of Business show and brings important perspectives on politics, business, and the law.

Price and Kaplan discuss the fact that Houston had a greater amount of damage from Hurricane Harvey than most areas, yet a smaller amount of relief comparatively than other areas. They point to poor leadership in the state government, including Sen. John Whitmire, who represents the Houston area.
