A Mindfulness Approach to Recognizing Your Personal Success Team

Posted on April 29, 2019April 29, 2019 by admin

By Daphne Michaels, Special for TTUSA.
Profoundly successful people all have this in common: they’ve recognized their personal success teams. A Personal Success Team is a group of people who are truly rooting for your success; people who are on your journey with you in an important way. Every member of your Personal Success Team sincerely wants you to realize your dreams and visions. And the best part about your Personal Success Team is that they are already there — you just need to recognize them.
Members of your Personal Success Team may never meet one another or work together. It’s just not necessary. In fact, the power of your Personal Success Team is in how natural it is; how you don’t have to push or effort to create it. You just need to recognize that it exists.
Becoming mindful of your Personal Success Team is an out-of-the-box activity. It requires that you live in the NOW with awareness, thought and a deeper level of contemplation. It begins with this task: Be on alert for people in your life — who you may live with, work with, be on projects with — who you really feel want you to be successful. And to take it even further, look — with new eyes — in the background of your daily routines. Watch as you walk through your world of ordinary affairs for extraordinary smiles, nods and care that may not have completely registered in your mind before. Recognize the people on your Personal Success Team and open your heart to receive their support.

Your Personal Success Team may be more valuable than you imagine. It is a powerful grid of connection in daily life that is crucial to success.
Being mindful of your Personal Success Team can be a transformational experience. It is always life changing to see what has been present all along. These types of shifts in perception are what I — as a human potential consultant and trainer — like to facilitate in my clients. One simple shift can have tremendous results across all areas of your life and work. It can open creative doors with an all-encompassing effect.
As you become more mindful of your Personal Success Team, take your process a step further. At the end of the day — to complete the circle, be sure to notice the Personal Success Teams of others that you’re on.
