How Danny Singson Transitioned From A Police Officer To Leading The #1 Financial Brokerage Firm In All Of San Francisco Bay Area

Posted on August 13, 2020 by David Jackson

There is never a “right time” to jump into entrepreneurship. You have to figure out your moves and be strategic. However, planning alone doesn’t get you anywhere. Sometimes you have to jump into it without second-guessing.

For Danny Singson, his final push came when he realized his mother had lost $200K in her account and he couldn’t defend her from the harm and devastation that came with it. Right there and then, Danny knew he was in the wrong industry to help his mother. While he had spent 19 years in the police force, he was not winning financially. And if he wanted to protect his mother, he had to choose a different battle.

Now, Danny is the CEO and Founder of Xtreme1 Financial, the leading financial brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area. In the last six years, Danny has been serving clients in the financial services industry and has  helped thousands achieve their business goals and life goals. He is also a sought after motivational speaker who has impacted many with his passionate style of delivering powerful messages. In this article, we break down Danny’s journey to understand what it takes to move from paycheck to paycheck to financial freedom through entrepreneurship.

  • Being open to learning & content by starting small

Every entrepreneur out there knows that running a business is always a learning process. When Danny ventured into entrepreneurship in financial services, learning about the industry was the only choice he had. He came from a different field where the only knowledge of money is taught in school and systems that don’t lead you to any financial success. He has taught himself everything to thrive in the industry and built a firm from the ground up. His passion for learning has enabled him to build the number one financial brokerage firm that is now expanding nationally.

  • Being passionate

Everyone dreams of financial freedom, but it takes passion to proactively pursue it. After learning the hard way that his career and that of many millions of other Americans could not provide them with financial freedom, Danny was determined to make a difference. He retired at only 38 years old from his previous role as a police officer, and he sought to find a solution to the financial system. Passion has enabled Danny to transform his firm into an industry authority when it comes to personal finance, retirement planning, savings, and providing financial awareness. He is also a celebrated speaker within PHP Agency, impacting people from coast to coast. Most recently, Danny was featured as a speaker at the PHP Agency 10th Annual National Convention.

  • Being Specific with your goals

Perhaps one of the factors that have propelled Danny to success is his ability to focus on his goals. Right from the beginning, Danny knew what he was set out to achieve, i.e. break the barriers in financial education and consultancy. Since then, he has been committed and passionate about nothing but curing financial ignorance and empowering families to make better and sound decisions regarding how they save money, make money, and plan for their future financially. Danny has grown from strength to strength, working with not only middle earning Americans, but also with high profile clients. He currently holds the record for writing and closing the largest client case in PHP History. Besides, Danny set the record for the fastest individual to be awarded equity within PHP Agency and has been named MVP three years in a row.

  • Solving a problem

Danny was not hesitant to solve a problem that he saw. The system robbed his mother of her retirement savings, and there is little that they could have done at that point. Looking at it now, Danny has helped thousands of citizens learn about money, helping them make the best decisions in their financial planning. It is such initiatives that truly make the world a better place.

Danny’s story is truly an inspiring one. He is an example of what happens when you set your focus on solving a problem that is felt by many. He inspires others to take full charge of their money, sharing real experiences that no school system would teach.
