Thomas J. Madden is the founder and CEO of TransMedia Group, an award-winning public relations firm serving clients worldwide since 1981 and has conducted remarkably successful media campaigns and crisis management for America’s largest companies and organizations.
As reporter at one or the largest papers in the city where Tom was born, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Tom covered breaking news such as Watergate, which made front-page stories from interviewing media stars like Muhammad Ali to President Nixon in which he’ll share the story of his Watergate stories.
Then, American Broadcasting Companies asked Tom to go to work for them, where he met TV genius programmer Fred Silverman who liked Tom’s speeches and press releases, and brought him with him in as his Vice President, Assistant to the President at NBC TV.
