Thousands of Entrepreneurs Coached by David Waldy

Posted on June 11, 2021 by David Jackson

David Waldy is a coach, speaker, and co-founder, who is transforming lives and helping people become who they have always said they would be. In addition to his personal brand, which focuses on a fusion of personal and business development, he is co-founder of Generation Impact Consulting, which aims to coach and train entrepreneurs growing businesses in the transformation industry. He has coached and trained thousands of entrepreneurs from across the globe, helping them to grow their businesses. He has spoken on sales, marketing, mindset, online business, personal growth, habits, and systems. His favorite topic is what he refers to as “Fierce Empathy” and its effects on both business and personal life.

Professional Highlights

This 31-year-old, David Waldy, is a seasoned coach who did not pursue entrepreneurship at first because he believed that it destroyed families. His father had been an entrepreneur and David had believed that it was the cause of his parents divorce. Later in life he would come to change this belief as he learned that entrepreneurship was not the cause of his parents troubles. David had grown up in Kansas and learned the value of hard work at a young age, eventually earning a full-ride academic scholarship, which he turned down to pursue self-education through mentorships and internships. Later, he did end up completing a semester in college but dropped out because he didn’t see a long term return on the investment. Instead, he dove straight into building a career in sales. He worked his way up the corporate ladder and eventually became ranked as a top 1% sales producer in a company generating $400M per year.

With his success in sales, he was eventually promoted into a senior leadership role and began coaching and training other top sales performers within the organization. During this time he experienced several challenging situations including business betrayal, a $40,000 pay cut, and his wife having a miscarriage. Recognizing the value of his unique approach to sales, and dissatisfied with what was going on within the company,  he began his own after-hours coaching practice which led to him quitting his 6-figure job. This transition gave him the opportunity to build his own business and become a speaker and head trainer for Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, as well as develop high-level programs for them. He has shared the stage with Tony Robbins, one of his greatest inspirations, Dean Graziosi, Russell Brunson, Pete Vargas, and many others in the personal & business growth  spaces. Although his primary focus is on personal & business development, David has even had clients tell him that hiring him for coaching saved their marriage. David, too, counts his seven years of marriage and having two beautiful, healthy children as his greatest success.

Why he is the best

The reason why David has coached thousands of entrepreneurs is his philosophy, “Fierce Empathy”. He has a compassionate heart for every individual and is probably that person who will believe in you more than you do. He believes that most people have been conditioned because of their lives and upbringing, including their pain and struggles. He truly believes there is a version of each individual that life has often beat down and the version of us that shows up every day is just a shell covering the truest form of who we can be. He seeks to help others redefine what is possible and comes alongside them to hold them accountable in consistently creating their new reality.

David is passionate about helping others discover the true version of themselves that they want to become. He takes them through a process of rediscovery and extracting what has been there hiding all along. This can be an uncomfortable process because most people haven’t been able to let it out because of fear, insecurity, or pain. Most people have never given themselves permission to define what success means to them and step into a new reality. His goal is to help people shed the layers that have withheld them from deep fulfillment, freedom, peace, self-love, joy, and who they truly are. This passion in deploying “Fierce Empathy” as well as his ability to ask powerful & transformative questions, are what distinguish him from other coaches.

His coaching tactics

David Waldy’s philosophy of “Fierce Empathy,” is one that he has practiced for years.. He uses this methodology to see, hear, and understand others at a deep level. The word empathy means having a genuine understanding of a certain individual and being in a position to view life the way they do. This makes clients feel secure in dealing with him and it establishes trust and rapport. The word “fierce” is used in powerful conjunction with this empathy because he asks specific, and often uncomfortable, questions to challenge their existing paradigm. He often refers to these questions as the questions that no one else has had the courage to ask them. He values the individual more than he values their perception of him and is willing to speak the truth with “tough love”. Through this process he comes alongside them to support, guide, and provide a source of accountability so they can achieve success in their designated areas of focus.

Conclusion

With thousands of people feeling seen, heard, and understood, is it any wonder that they keep coming for David’s services as well as referring others? Fierce empathy is a skill he has mastered. He helps people believe in themselves in ways that others can’t. You can follow him on.
