Faye LaCasse believes in the power of literacy to transform lives and communities. As the parent of a child with special needs, and as a professional working for an organization dedicated to helping struggling students, she finds it incredibly humbling and fulfilling to be part of an effort that builds the skills and confidence needed for students to realize their full potential. She feels honored to be a part of Learning Ally’s long-standing legacy of community impact.
Appointed Senior Director of Omnichannel Marketing in early 2025, Faye’s role focuses on expanding awareness of the Learning Ally brand and its solutions. With over two decades of experience in K-12 education, her expertise is deeply rooted in serving the needs of struggling students and the teachers who support them. Before joining Learning Ally, Faye served as Director of Product Marketing and Creative Services at n2y, Inc., a company specializing in edtech solutions for Special Education students, teachers, and administrators. She has also held senior product marketing and product management roles at Zaner-Bloser, a division of Highlights for Children, where she focused on supplemental intervention products for K-6 students. In addition, Faye was Vice President of Marketing at Stenhouse/SDE, a division of Highlights for Children that specializes in professional books and development events for teachers.
Faye’s early career includes a variety of leadership roles in marketing at Pearson Education and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Stanford University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
