How Sal Shakir ALL IN Entrepreneur Podcast Helps Hundreds of Entrepreneurs overcome Hurdles

Posted on June 3, 2020 by David Jackson

Entrepreneurship is the path to financial freedom. As such, a recent study revealed that 66% of millennials had goals to start their business. But the journey to entrepreneurship is not easy. There are so many challenges and interferences that can set you back. If you are not careful, you may join the high number of entrepreneurs struggling with depression.

Sal Shakir is no stranger to the challenges that come with entrepreneurship. This serial entrepreneur is the co-Founder of ALL IN Entrepreneurs (ALL IN NATION). He is also the CEO of the National Cash real estate agency and the co-owner of Offer Key. Shakir is an inspiration to thousands. Why? Because this serial entrepreneur transitioned from being a war refugee to a multi-million entrepreneur. Read on to get his story and learn about his latest podcast known as All IN Entrepreneurs.

A Bit about Sal Shakir

Presently, Shakir owns 26 businesses. Most of his companies are in the real estate, tech, and data niche. Shakir is celebrated as a real estate disruptor, business guru, and inspirational leader. Yet, the path of success was not easy. In a recent ALL IN Entrepreneur podcast, Shakir shared his past as a refugee with the audience. Shakir and his family fled from the war in Iran. When he came to the U.S., he was just an ordinary guy with great ideas. Shakir started by working odd jobs. He would paint fences, work as a helper for an AC technician, and worked as an assistant for a Laundry company. Shakir’s life took a turn for the better when he joined the U.S military. While in the army, he worked as a trainer. Later on, he used the savings he had to venture into his first business as a car dealer.

Shakir managed to build an empire for himself and his family. The young man who came to America with little or no English has successfully managed to climb the corporate ladder. Shakir did this through a lot of hard work and dedication. Up to date, this serial entrepreneur still works for long hours to pursue his goals. Still, there is more to Shakir than meets the eye. Shakir has mastered the propriety strategies, tools, and tactics that help one streamline, innovate, and maximize their business to full potential.

The ALL IN Entrepreneur

The ALL IN Entrepreneur podcast aims to reach entrepreneurs. This podcast is a platform designed to give massive value to entrepreneurs on matters that affect entrepreneurship. The podcast offers new insights and new approaches to business. The podcast provides much-needed motivation by pouring some fantastic energy to other entrepreneurs out there going through a hard time. Shakir runs the podcast together with his business partners-Carlos Reyez, and Alex Saenz. “We are hoping that by watching our podcast for even just an hour, people would approach entrepreneurship feeling motivated and empowered,” he says.

Shakir tells other entrepreneurs that they have experienced the same challenges that the upcoming entrepreneurs are experiencing. “Although we largely operate in real estate, we can relate to anyone in other businesses since we also have multiple businesses. Our vast experience in scaling up a business is what we bring to the table,” says Shakir.

Presently, most business owners are worried whether their business will survive the COVID-19 pandemic. In a recent podcast, Shakur encourages entrepreneurs to tell them that their companies can survive and outlive this pandemic. However, this survival requires you to come up with a plan. Don’t panic, and don’t approach this planning phase with anxiety. Take this time to meditate and find clarity with your thoughts. Shakur says that in time, you will identify an opportunity to seize to get back on your feet again. Lastly, you have to find time to come up with a survival plan as well as different strategies to help your business.

Shakir reiterates that the core of the podcast is entrepreneurship. The podcast showcases the journey, struggles, battles, and successes that the three entrepreneurs have experienced. The podcast also includes an aspect of spirituality, as Shakir believes that spirituality and success go hand in hand. Be sure to check out this podcast and be inspired.
