3Dconnection Announces CadMouse Pro Wireless Left’s immediate Availability

Posted on August 6, 2019August 6, 2019 by admin

3Dconnexion, the global leader in advanced 3D navigation devices, announced today the availability of the CadMouse Pro Wireless Left. The powerful left-side solution brings increased productivity and comfort to all CAD professionals and comes on the heels of the release of the CadMouse Pro Wireless.

“CadMouse Pro Wireless Left opens the benefits of our CadMouse line-up to all individuals working in CAD,” says Antonio Pascucci, CEO of 3Dconnexion. “We wanted to provide an extremely durable, highly ergonomic full-sized mouse for the modern workstation to every user. It was designed with the kind of ergonomics and button layout that will allow its user to work pain free for extended CAD sessions while accommodating a left-hand dominant user. It feels natural to use and is the perfect counterpart to our SpaceMouse line of 3D mice.”

Like its standard counterpart, CadMouse Pro Wireless Left is versatile and purpose-built for the professional CAD user. Its angled shape produces ideal wrist rotation for a more natural hand placement and increased comfort. Combined with its CAD-specific middle mouse button, intelligent scroll wheel, high-resolution optical sensor, QuickZoom feature, simple access to its programmable radial menu and over 50-million clicks-worth of durability, CadMouse Pro Wireless is the mainstay of any modern toolkit.

“CadMouse Pro Wireless Left is more than a mouse for left-handed CAD professionals,” continued Pascucci. “While we are very happy to provide a product for their needs, it also greatly benefits those who require a left-side transition to avoid Chronic Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), something many people experience. For right-handed users, this offers an opportunity to heal while maintaining productivity. This is why we call our newest device the Left-Side Solution.”

Both the standard and left-side mouse come with a rechargeable lithium polymer battery, triple connectivity (Bluetooth® Low Energy, 3Dconnexion Universal Receiver or mini USB cable), a Smart Mouse Wheel 2 for precise click-to-click zooming in CAD applications with controlled speed scrolling in read mode, and much more. In keeping with their wireless, mobile pedigrees, both come with a semi-rigid carry case for safe transportation.
